Who you are dealing with

Who may buy

The shop sells to consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in Latvia. Orders to other countries cannot be accepted.

Prices

All prices are in euro. SyntaxaSoft SIA is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown separately on the price. Shipping is calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Import VAT or customs charges may apply to goods entering the EU and are payable by the recipient. See the shipping policy.

Prices can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed. If a price is listed in obvious error we may decline the order and refund you in full.

How a contract is formed

The listings on this site are an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to us. A contract exists only once we confirm the order in writing. Until then we may decline it, for example when the goods are no longer available.

Payment

Online payment is not enabled on this site at present. Submitting the checkout form does not charge you and does not send us the order. Where an order is agreed with us by email, payment terms are set out in that correspondence.

Delivery

Expect 10-20 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Where delivery is materially late you may set a reasonable further period and, if that passes, cancel and receive a refund.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year statutory guarantee against defects. Both are set out in the returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

Photographs are supplied by manufacturers and are indicative. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and dimensions of woven and knitted goods carry a tolerance of a few centimetres. Care instructions on the sewn-in label take precedence over anything written on this site.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Latvian law. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Latvian law. Complaints come to us first. If we cannot settle it, you may take the matter to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
