How ordering works
Three steps, and the one caveat worth reading before you get to the checkout.
Step 1
You place the order
Pick a size on the product page, check the totals in the cart and place the order. There is no account to create and nothing to remember afterwards.
Step 2
The mill dispatches it
There is no warehouse in between. The order goes to the mill that makes the piece, and the parcel is packed and sent from there.
Step 3
It arrives in 10-20 business days
Transit takes the rest of the window. We publish the wide range here rather than a short one at the checkout, because the range is what actually happens.
Import VAT
One thing to know first
Goods arriving from outside the European Union can attract import VAT and a carrier handling fee on entry. Where that applies it is charged to the person receiving the parcel, not added to the order total.

What we look for
The range is small on purpose. These are the things that decide whether a piece is in it.
Weight, stated as a number
Towels are quoted at 400 to 600 grams per square metre, so you can tell a face cloth from a bath sheet before it arrives. It is the only honest way to describe how much towel you are buying.
TowelsThread count where it matters
Cotton bedding runs from 180 to 300 threads to the inch. Higher is smoother and heavier rather than automatically better: a lower count in a plain weave sleeps cooler than a high-count sateen.
BeddingFills you can name
5 of the duvets are filled with goose down or mulberry silk against a cotton or silk shell. The composition is printed in full at the top of the product page, not buried in a footnote.
Quilts and duvetsBlackout that is actually lined
5 of the curtain panels carry a separate blackout lining. The rest are voiles and chenille drapes, where letting the light through is the point.

Cotton appears in 41 of the 74 pieces and linen or a linen blend in 8. Where a piece is polyester it says so in the same place, in the same words.

How long does delivery take?
10-20 business days to an address in Latvia. The parcel is dispatched by the mill that makes the piece, and the transit leg is the part that varies by carrier and season, which is why the range is published as a range.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the order. There is no flat rate and no free-shipping threshold.
Will I pay import VAT or a customs fee?
You may. Goods that enter the European Union from outside it can attract import VAT and a carrier handling fee, charged by the carrier to the person receiving the parcel rather than added to the order total. The shipping policy sets out how this works.
Can I return something?
Yes. Under EU distance selling rules you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the order, with no reason required, and anything that arrives damaged or wrong goes back the same way. The returns policy explains the steps.
How do I pick the right size?
Every size carries its measurement in centimetres alongside its name, because a King duvet is not the same width in every range. Pick the size on the product page before adding to the cart: the price follows the size.
How should I care for it?
Each product page states the composition in full, and the label on the piece itself is the instruction that counts. Cotton and cotton-linen blends are machine washable; goose down and silk fills are better handled by a specialist cleaner.
