Accessibility statement

SyntaxaSoft SIA wants this shop to be usable by everyone, including people browsing with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion settings.

Standard we work to

The site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. As a micro enterprise we fall below the thresholds of the European Accessibility Act, so this is a voluntary commitment rather than a legal obligation.

What is in place

• Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
• Images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields have visible labels and errors appear next to the field they concern.
• Animation is limited to short transitions and is switched off under the reduced-motion setting.
• Layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320px.

Known limitations

• Product photographs use generated alternative text derived from the product name rather than individually written descriptions. Rewriting them is on our list.
• The price filter is a range slider. It is keyboard operable, but there is no numeric entry alternative yet.
• The site is available in English only. A Latvian version is planned.
